Internet Training
The internet can give you a wealth of knowledge if you know how to search and use it properly. This session can give you a better understanding of how to use the internet and tools. If you do not have an Internet Service Provider (ISP) we can set one up for you. (Additional $40.00 for ISP set-up and does not include monthly ISP charge.)
Basic Computer Operation
This session, designed for the beginner or intermediate user gives instruction on how to use the computer. The use and operation of printers, scanners, operating systems and computer language is covered so you can gain a better understanding of your PC. The beginner session is great for Senior Citizens.
All Senior Citizens will receive 10% off their first Basic Computer Operation session. This offer is not to be combined with any other offer and applies to the first hour of instruction.
Online Website Support
This is your time to ask us questions on how to access certain websites. Our technician will visit any website of your choice and help guide you though the process. From online banking to selling your merchandise online, this session can be beneficial to any websites you frequent.
Microsoft® Office Preview
In this session our technician will give you a quick understanding of how to use the six Microsoft® Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Publisher). Lasting approximately 1 ½ hours, this session gives you the flexibility to identify which areas of training you need to “brush up on” to become an expert in each application.
Q & A Session
This exciting session gives you the opportunity to ask any questions related to your personal computer. The Q & A session is designed to provide you the flexibility to “learn what you need to succeed” in personal computing.
